A guarantee of satisfaction is our promise for websites. We don’t offer a money-back guarantee, but we work until the client is satisfied. For search engine optimization, we do offer a full money-back guarantee after the 12 month contract is satisfied and the website proves to not be performing as promised.
Any work performed on a site, post production, is subject to an hourly rate of $150
If a customer has an outstanding balance that Website Design of Orlando is unable to collect from the customer that owes said balance, Website Design of Orlando may at any time suspend that customer’s website, if hosting is being provided by Website Design of Orlando. If the site has been suspended for this reason for a period of one month or longer, the website may then become the property of Website Design of Orlando. At that time, we reserve the right to sell that website, or continue to hold it to regain a payment. A $75 fee to reinstate the website may apply if the payment in question is satisfied after the website has been suspended.
Some agreements are subject to change, such as free hosting, or services provided for free that can no longer be maintained reasonably for the free costs.
